Hello, my name is [redacted], I also go by kekfox20 or kekfox online. I reside in the USA. I'm into a lot of things but to sum it up in two short sentences. I'm into art (duh), manga, anime, comics, and video games. I've been on the artist path since I was in middle school. I only have a online presence for a short period of time. I am hoping to turn this into a career one day. I appreciate what support I can get.

Commission
Terms and Services

General:

Commission is officially accepted once payment is made.
Clients must make a request in the commission listing on Vgen
Prices shown are personal use commission prices.
References for commission are required.

Additional Information:

You must be 18 years old and older to order commissions from me.
I retain the right to accept or decline any commission request.
I have the right to adjust pricing depending on the complexity of the commission, character amount, and etc.
Variation of commission such as multiple outfits, facial expression, and etc. Which can be made for additional cost.

Process

For sketches it might take less time to complete but none the less. My schedule is determining factor.
The commission will take around 2 weeks to 8 weeks. Duration may vary depending on the commission complexity and etc.
Before I send the invoice I will offer a consultation for clients if there is something that needs to address about the commission beforehand.
After I send the invoice. Client has about three days to make the payment. Failure to do so will result in the client's slot to be forfeit.
During the "Sketching Phase" I will send rough sketches for clients to review. This is an opportunity for clients to request any changes to sketch without being charged. Any significant changes after the "Sketch Phase" cost a fee.
Clients will receive a png or jpeg image upon completion. It will include my watermark and signature.

Payment:

Payment must be paid upfront. Via Vgen.
Commissions are non-refundable.
Do not make the payment unless I agree to accept the commission.

Artist's and Client's Rights

I retain the copyrights of the commissions. Which include but not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, or use the images as a sample for sell or promotion.
Do not use the commission for NFTs.
Do not use the commissions for AI generator models.
Do not resell and use it to make profit (the only exception is “commercial use” commissions).
I am a digital artist so that means there won’t be any physical goods or demand shipping fees.
Do not claim the art is yours or remove my watermark
Clients can post the commission as “free to view” on any platform. As well, the client credits me as the creator.

Commercial Use

Total cost from 50% to 100% more than the base prices (bp).
Commercial fees apply to and not limited to books, merchandise, promotional material, reproducing and sale from commission.
